Well, we are finally back from our trip to Utah for a good old fashioned Wolf Pack trip. As usual, the skiing was pretty good, the house was a lot of fun, and the Hall & Oats was blasting (thanks Jerad).
I’ve put together a little preview of me going down a chute. It’s nothing too crazy, but makes me smile every time I watch it. So what is the caveat I mentioned? Sometimes the canyons up there can get pretty sketchy, so much that if it starts snowing much at all, there’s a chance you may get stuck. Enjoy!
I absolutely love holiday weekends. Sometimes it’s easy to get too into the swing of a regular routine, so much that you lose sight of all that we have at our fingertips. Today we had a great day skiing at Eldora, and get to do it again in the morning with my beautiful fiance.
Life is good.
We’re adding to the base!
In a few days, a few friends and I will be taking off to beautiful Sandy, Utah for the next call of the Wolf Pack. We will mostly be skiing Alta and Snowbird, two of the top ski resorts in North America. Stay tuned for more info and pics…this could be epic.
Someone recently told me that if you are an expert at something, you have nothing more to learn. I happen to agree with this statement. No matter how good you think you are at something, there is always more to learn. When we stop learning, we stop dying…or something like that. Continue reading Avalanche!
